PU Prime Nets Argentine Football Association Sponsorship Ahead of 2026 World Cup

Global retail trading firm PU Prime has been named the
official Regional Sponsor of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), the
company announced today (Friday). This sponsorship aims to strengthen PU Prime’s
presence in key international markets, particularly in Canada, which will
co-host the 2026 World Cup alongside the U.S. and Mexico.

“We are proud to partner with such an iconic
institution. Just as AFA has become a dominant force in world football, PU
Prime is on the same journey to establish itself as one of the most successful
brands in its sector, constantly challenging and innovating,” Daniel Bruce,
Managing Director of PU Prime, said.

Extensive Marketing Rights

According to the company’s announcement, the agreement
grants PU Prime extensive marketing rights, including exclusive contests,
promotional campaigns, and branding collaborations with Argentina’s football
team.

The company will also receive VIP access and
hospitality packages, providing a unique engagement platform for clients and
fans. With the 2026 World Cup drawing closer, AFA sees Canada and the U.S. as
prime territories for strengthening its global image.

“With the World Cup just under 15 months away, the
excitement is already starting to build. We hope this agreement with PU Prime
will provide both sides with a valuable, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial
collaboration,” AFA President Claudio Fabián Tapia added.

2026 World Cup

The partnership is expected to drive significant
visibility for PU Prime, particularly in Canada, where football’s popularity is
on the rise ahead of the World Cup. Founded in 1893, the Argentine Football Association is
one of the oldest football federations globally. Its legacies include multiple
World Cup victories. On X (formerly Twitter), the club has more than 6 million
followers.
