2025 Mini-Football Tournament Kicks Off in Ypsonas, Limassol

When spreadsheets give way to sliding tackles, you
know it’s time for FXCubic’s annual football tradition. Financial firms from around the world are gathered in
Limassol for a football tournament that blurs the line between business rivalry
and sporting camaraderie.

The FXCubic Mini-Football Tournament, now in its fourth year, is held at Wembley Mini Football in Ypsonas and features 16
teams drawn from across the trading and brokerage world.

The exciting soccer sensation, organized by the
fintech specialist FXCubic, brings together top FX industry brands, including
brokers and technology providers, for an evening of fierce but friendly football
competition.

The 16 teams competing in the 2025 tournament are: Convertico
Media, cTrader, Equiti, Exness, FX Dealing Solutions, FxPro, HF Markets, LP
Prime, Match-Prime Liquidity, Pepperstone, Scope Markets, Squared Financial, Swissquote
Capital Markets, Tickmill, and XS.

Match-prime liquidity

“Each year, this event grows not only in size but in spirit,” said Wassim Khateeb, CCO at FXCubic. “The tournament gives professionals from across our ecosystem the chance to step away from their desks, connect through sport, and celebrate the values that make this industry great: teamwork, integrity, and drive.”

Last year’s tournament

Last year, Equiti won the competition, clinching the coveted
trophy with a stellar performance against Match Prime. Swissquote emerged third
and produced the top scorer of the tournament, Yannick Makota.

The teams that made it to the Semi-finals were 26 Degrees, Match Prime, Swissquote, and Equiti. FXCubic is a London-based fintech firm that specializes in low-latency software, high-performance liquidity management systems, and risk intelligence solutions.
