With Girona FC Deal Extended, Axi Confirms Two-Season Renewal with Esporte Clube Bahia

Axi has extended its partnership with Esporte Clube Bahia
for two more seasons. The global Forex and CFD broker first partnered with the
Brazilian football club in 2023. As part of the new deal, the Axi logo will
appear on the players’ shorts. The financial terms of the agreement were not
disclosed.

Meanwhile, Axi has also renewed its
agreement with Spanish club Girona FC for another two seasons
. The
partnership began in the 2023/24 season, with Axi serving as the club’s
Official LATAM Online Trading Partner. During this period, Girona finished
third in LaLiga and qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the first time.

stronger than ever: bridging the worlds of trading and football while

Bahia is based in Salvador and was founded in 1931. The club
plays in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, the top tier of Brazilian football.
In 2023, City Football Group acquired 90% of the club’s shares through Bahia
SAF.

Bahia has won Brazil’s national championship twice. It has
also claimed the Bahia state title 50 times. This season, the club qualified
for the CONMEBOL Libertadores, South America’s main club competition.

Axi Strengthens LATAM Presence

Axi also maintains other football partnerships. It has
worked with Manchester City FC for several years. In 2023, the broker appointed
Manchester City and England defender John Stones as a brand ambassador.

presence in a region that’s important to us and we see tremendous potential.
This season, get ready to see Axi featured more prominently on the pitch, as we
keep on offering memorable football experiences to our traders and partners.” Hill
