Analysis

The bearish fifth wave of larger degree 5 is developing on the weekly chart, with wave (5) of 5 forming as its part. Apparently, the ascending correction has formed as the second wave 2 of (5) on the daily chart, with wave c of 2 completed as its part. The third wave 3 of (5) has started unfolding on the H4 time frame, with the first counter-trend wave of smaller degree (i) of i of 3 forming as its part. If the presumption is correct, the USD/CHF pair will continue to drop to 0.8724 – 0.8386. The level of 0.9201 is critical in this scenario. Its breakout will allow the pair to continue rising to the levels of 0.9340 – 0.9530.
